Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Irish Bacon, diced
- 2 lrg. potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 Cups Green Savoy Cabbage leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Place bacon is stockpot. Cook over medium heat until brown. Stir in potatoes, tomatoes, chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in cabbage and let simmer before serving.
