Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs beef brisket
- 18 oz jar of hickory smoke flavored bbq sauce
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1 envelope chili seasoning
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 t lemon juice
- 14 hamburger buns split

Preparation
Step 1
Cut brisket in half and place in a slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine the bbq sauce, onion, chili seasoning, worcestershire sauce, garlic and lemon juice. Pour over beef and cover. cook on high for 5-6 hours.
remove beef, cool slightly. Shred and return to the slow cooker and heat through. Serve on buns.
