Ingredients
- 3 (about 8 oz. each) pork tenderloins
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 jar(14 oz.)Pace Mexican Creations Verde with Tomatillos & Jalapenos cooking sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Rub pork tenderloins with cumin. In 10" skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add tenderloins and brown on all sides.
Add verde cooking sauce. Cover and simmer 20 min. or until done (160'F.). Remove tenderloins from skillet and let stand 5 min. Slice and serve with sauce.
