Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 cups, rhubarb
- (if you use frozen rhubarb, measure when frozen. Thaw
- completely and drain but do not press liquid out.)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cubed cold butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake per usual directions. Pour into 13" x 9" greased
cake pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake 350 oven for 45-50 min. Should be dry on toothpick
when tested.
