Sweet Potato Praline

Ingredients
- Sweet Potato Praline
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C half and half
- 1/2 C chopped pecans
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 6 medium sweet potatoes – cooked and mashed (3#)
- or 3 – 1# canned sweet potatoes
- Put everything but potatoes in 1 qt. pan. Stir over low heat until blended and forms syrup (about 7 minutes). Pour over potatoes in serving dish. Heat at 325-350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Can be made ahead. Put extra pats of butter on top to prevent drying.
