Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/3 C oil
- 1/3 C unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 C sour milk (1 T vinegar + enough milk to = 1 C)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 C whole wheat pastry flour

- 1 1/2 C diced rhubarb
- 2 oz. chopped nuts
- -------------------
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 T butter or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first set of ingredients and blend well
2. Add rhubarb and nuts.
3. Spray 2 loaf pans; line bottoms with waxed paper and spray again
4. Divide into pans; mix melted butter and sugar intil crumbly and sprinkle on top
5. Bake at 350 45 - 50 min. Cool 5 min and remove
