Grilled Hot and Sour Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled & deveined, tail removed
  • 2 Tbsp Duck Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the oil, 2 turns of the pan, over high heat.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink and firm, about 3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and stir in the duck sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce and lime juice; toss to coat.

Serve over rice.
