Ingredients
- 1 box (pork) stove 6top stuffing
- 1 stalk celery (chopped
- 1/2 cup raisens
- 1 teaspoon poultry season
- 1 med cortland apple (chopped)
- 1/2 pound ground pork (country style) sauage
- 1 and 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup margarine

Preparation
Step 1
in a skillet cook sausage untill brown, drain and set aside.
in a bowel mix stuffing vegetable seasoning packet
1 and 1/2 cups hot water and 1/4 cup margarine.
add sausage and the rest of the ingredients
for stuffed pork chops cut a pocket in each chop cutting from front to almost to the bone edge.
spoon in about a 1/4 cup of stuffing into each pork chop.
for casserole
add stuffing to casserole,lay pork chops on top of stuffing.
bake at 375 degrees for 40min or untill chops are cooked through.
