Orange Roughy

Ingredients

• 1 T. olive oil
• 4 Orange Roughy filets
• 1 orange juiced
• 1 lemon juiced
• 1/2 t. lemon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Arrange filets and drizzle with juices. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until fish easily flakes with fork.
