Mom used 16 oz. Roots white chicken breasts and 9 oz. diced chicken breasts (Tyson)


12 oz. or 3/4 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts = 2 c. cubed cooked chicken


Try adding 1/2 to 1 t. cumin

Ingredients

  • 4 c.boned and skinned chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 c. celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. green grapes, halved
  • 1 c. light Miracle Whip
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 t. salt, optional
  • 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1/8 t. sugar
  • 1/8 t. black pepper
  • 1 c. almonds

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, and grapes. Combine the next eight ingredients; mix well. Pour over chicken mixture and toss. Chill for at least one hour.

Yield: 9 cups
