Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 bunch spinach, well washed
- (can add or substitute Romaine)
- Broccoli rosettes
- Green onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 package Raman noodles
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar (I like less)
- 3 T soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Toss together lettuce/spinach, broccoli and onions; set aside.
In skillet combine butter, walnuts and noodles and cook till toasted.
Toss with greens.
Combine dressing ingredients, mixing well. Pour over sald before serving
