Ingredients
- 1 medium can sliced beets
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 T cornstarch
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 1/4 C beets liquid
- 2 T oleo
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add vinegar and beet liquid -- boil for 5 minutes
Add the beets and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Warm and add 2 T oleo just before serving
