One Pot Chicken & Noodles with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 cups College Inn® Chicken Broth (99% Fat Free)
- 1 cup milk or half & half
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3-3/4 cups (6 oz.) wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 cups frozen or fresh tiny broccoli florets
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) cooked seasoned chicken pieces
- 3/4 cup grated Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In 6-qt. saucepan, combine broth, milk and butter; heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked noodles and broccoli; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, or until noodles are tender and most liquid is absorbed. Stir in chicken; remove from heat. Stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper.
