- 6 whole Medium-Sized Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Sea Salt Or Kosher salt

Step 1
Preheat oven at 390°F.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Make several vertical slits into the potatoes, without cutting completely through the potatoes (see photo). Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet. Baste the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until done.
