- 1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs, divided
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice

Step 1
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and vegetable oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat the rest of mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top and bake 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into squares.
