Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 4 large baking potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, salt and garlic powder.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut each potato into eight wedges, place on foil.
Coat wedges with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with cheese mixture.
Bake 350 degrees until tender, about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
