Ingredients
- 2 lb. red potatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire

Preparation
Step 1
In pot place scrubbed and chopped potatoes in water. Add salt. Boil, reduce to medium low and simmer 10 minutes until fork tender. Drain. In bowl, mix mayo, garlic- to end of list. Mix well and add potatoes. Mash potatoes as you blend together. Add in eggs; salt to taste.
