chicken breast halves with bones
9 oz pkg frozen green beans
small onion cut very thin
clove minced garlic
c reduced sodium chicken broth
ozs reduced fat cream cheese cubed
teas. finely shredded lemon peel
Place frozen green beans and onion in 1 1/2 qt slow cooker. Place chicken on vegetables. Srinkle with garlic and pepper. Pour broth over all. Cover cook on low 4-5 hours or on high for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Transfer chicken and vegetables to serving plates and keep warm Sauce; beat cream cheese and shredded lemon peel with mixer low until smooth. Slowly add cooking liquid beating on low until blended. Spoon over vegetables.
