Ingredients
- 8 cups whole wheat noodles cooked
- 4 cups greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit
- 2 tsp vanila extract
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Oven 350F.
Grease 2 quarts casserole.
Mix yogurt,eggs,cinnamon,vanila.
Add cooked noodles and 3/4 cup dried
fruits.Sprinkle 1/3 cup fruits,pistachios,on the top.
Bake 30 min. Dust with cinnamon before serving.
