  • 8 cups whole wheat noodles cooked
  • 4 cups greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit
  • 2 tsp vanila extract
  • 3 tbsp chopped pistachios for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 350F.
Grease 2 quarts casserole.
Mix yogurt,eggs,cinnamon,vanila.
Add cooked noodles and 3/4 cup dried
fruits.Sprinkle 1/3 cup fruits,pistachios,on the top.
Bake 30 min. Dust with cinnamon before serving.
