Ingredients

  • 8 oz salmon cream cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp hot horseradish
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 2 pkg crescent rolls
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 scallions with green, chopped

Step 1

In a bowl, combine cream cheese spread, horseradish, lemon juice and dill weed. Form crescent rolls into large rectangle, closing perforations. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough and top with salmon. Sprinkle Swiss cheese and scallions over salmon. Roll tightly like a jelly roll lengthwise. Wrap n plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375º. Slice roll into 1/4" slices and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
