Orange Creamsicle Shake
By davidv
This is a healthy version of the traditional orange creamsicle ice cream. If you don't usually purchase fat-free and sugar-free products, this is a good starter recipe, because you'll never feel like you're sacrificing anything!
Tip: Use this recipe as a base to make any shake of your choice. Substitute the juice for something of your preference, then change the flavor of the frozen yogurt and sorbet to match or complement.
