Cod with Parsley Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup Low Fat Milk
- 1 1\14 Lbs Cod
- 4 tsp marg
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Flat leaf parsley, Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. In Medium Skillet over Med. heat, heat the milk.
2. Add cod & poach covered 4-5 Minutes.
3. Remove the fish and reserve the milk.
4. In Med. sauce pan over low heat melt marg with the milk
5. Add Flour & cook
6. Add Parsley, salt & Pepper
7. Stir constantly until thickens
8. Pour over fish
