  • 1 can of albacore tuna (or chicken)
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 roasted red chili, chopped
  • 1 green on onion, chopped
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional)
  • several romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
