Ingredients
- Streusel Topping:
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 c butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 egg unbeaten
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 c fresh blueberries
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 T. unseasoned bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Cake- Sift together flour, baking powder, & salt; set aside. Blend butter & sugar. Add milk & egg & mix until creamy. Add dry ingredients. *Batter will be thick! Gently fold in blueberries. Spread in a greased & floured 13x9 in. pan.
Streusel Topping- mix sugar, flour, cinnamon & butter until crumb-like. Add breadcrumbs & mix. Sprinkle over cake & bake @ 375 degrees for 35 minutes until it tests done with a toothpick. Top with sifted powdered sugar just before serving if you want.
