Raspberry Cool Whip Jello Recipe

  • 3 oz of raspberry Jello
  • 8 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 9 oz of thawed Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup of whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 2/3 cup of boiling water

Step 1

Take a large bowl, add Jello and cold water into it and stir until the Jello is dissolved completely. Cover the bowl with a plastic food wrap and keep in the refrigerator for half hour. Till the Jello is being set, beat sugar, cream cheese and milk together until it gets fluffy. Add 1/3 of the Cool Whip to it. Take out the Jello from the refrigerator and add the remaining of the Cool Whip and stir the whole mixture until it is completely smooth. Take a tall glass bowl and fill in half of the Jello mixture to it. Spread the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture over it and again layer it all up with the remaining Jello mixture. Keep in the refrigerator until it gets completely set, before relishing, don't forget to garnish it with fresh pieces of raspberries!
