  • 1 stick margarine (1/2 cup)
  • 1 can corn with liquid
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8.5 oz box cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in 9x13 baking dish. Add all other ingredients to baking dish and mix gently.
Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 min. or until firm.
