Ingredients
- 1 hot pepper (jalepeno)--more if you like it hotter
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 lb hamburg
- red pepper, thin sliced strips
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- white pepper
- soy sauce to taste
- fresh basil, I roll the leaves and slice it so it's like confetti

Step 1
Fry hot pepper & garlic til soft, add ground beef, red peppers and fry til beef no longer red.
Add sugar, white pepper and soy sauce til it tastes the way you like. Add basil at the end and cook for a couple more minutes.
