Cake Mix Lemon Cookies

The best lemon cookie ever, says my family and friends!
You can change the recipe to make orange cookies, cherry, peppermint, the choices are limited only by your imagination.

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 375—Pour cake mix in lg bowl. Stir in eggs, oil&lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough in a bowl of confectioners’sugar Roll around til lightly covered. Once sugared, put on ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake 6 to 9 min. The bottoms will be light brown,&insides chewy.
Can use Orange cake mix and orange extract etc…experiment :)
