PEEL POTATOS AND SOAK IN ICE WATER TILL READY TO USE (OR THEY WILL TURN BROWN) GRATE POTATOS OR CUT IN SMALL PIECES PAR BOIL AND DRAIN WELL. i ALWAYS SQUEEZE THE GRATED ONES TO GET ALL THE WATER OUT. OUT IN BOWL. ADD: SOUP, SOUR CREAM, MILK, HALF THE CHEESE ONE LARGE CAN OC ONION RINGS.SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE SPREAD IN LARGE CASSEROLE. I ACTUALLY USE 2 SMALLER ONES SO THAT THEY COOKED FASTER. BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR THEN ADD MORE CHEESE AND MORE OC ONION RINGS TO TOP AND PUT UNDER BROILER FOR A MIN TO BROWN.
