• 1 gallon apple cider
• 1 gallon apple juice
• 6 cinnamon sticks
• 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
• 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 liter Everclear alcohol

Step 1

Mix first five ingredients in a large pot and boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool completely, and add 1 liter bottle of Everclear alcohol.
