- French Fried Onions
- 3 T flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 pork chops

Preparation
Step 1
Place FF onions in plastic bag and crush up then place in
shallow dish. Mix in flour well.
Dip chops in beaten egg, then dip in onion mixture, be
sure to coat chops well, pressing down so it sticks good.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about
30 minutes or until not pink in middle...depending on thickness of chops.
