Ingredients
- creamy glaze:
- 1 pkg(17oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 carton(8oz) sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- creamy glaze (below)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cups confectionary sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2-4 tablespoons hot water

Step 1
combine dry cake mix, sour cream and eggs in a large mixer bowl. blend at low speed until moistened.beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. fold in cranberries and nuts. pour in generously greased and lightly floured 3 qt bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. cool cake for 15 minutes before removing from the pan. cool completely.
creamy glaze;melt 1/3 cup butter or margarine. blend in 2 cups of confectioners sugar and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. stir in 2-4 tablespoons hot water, one tablespoon at a time until the consistency is right for spreading.
