- 8 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups baking mix
- 12 oz cranberries(1 bag)
- 2/3 cup sugar

Step 1
preheat oven to 400. in 9 x 9, metal baking pan, melt 5 tbsp butteror margarine in oven. spoon 3 tbsp butter from pan into large bowl;whisk in 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 large eggs. stir in 2 1/2 cups baking mix just until combined. top butter remaining in pan with 1 bag(12oz) cranberries;sprinkle with 2/3 cup sugar. spread butter evenly over ingredients in pan. bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool cake in pan 25 minutes, then loosen edges with knife and invert into plate.
