Best Banana Bread Ever
After trying multiple recipes for banana bread, I found this one. It is delicious and moist, with great texture.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 2/3 cups mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large egg whites
- 9 ounces flour (about 2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teapoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Prehat oven to 350.
Combine sugar and butter; beat with a mixer until well blended. Add banana, milk, sour cream, and egg whites.
Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk. Add flour mixture to banana mixture. Do not overbeat. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5 inch metal loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Cook in pan then remove from pan. Cook on rack.
