Ingredients

  • 8 oz Chèvre softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp port
  • salt
  • 2 lbs seedless grapes
  • 1 cup pistachios shelled, toasted and ground medium

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cheeses, port and salt til smooth. Take one tsp of mixture and wrap around grape using plastic wrap and then drop in pistachios. Refridgerate until served.
