Low Carb Cheese Danish Dreams

All you need is a few minutes and 5 ingredients to make these low carb cheese danishes, so good you'll think you're dreaming!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons bulk sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a fork until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into the bottom of 2 microwaveable cereal bowls and microwave on high for 2 minutes, rotating the bowls every 30 seconds until springy around the outside and soft in the center.
Use a spatula to remove Danishes from bowls, and let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
Helpful hints:
I like to top with additional cinnamon and sugar substitute before serving. Or add fresh berries or sliced almonds to the center for something even better!
