Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 2 cans corn
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add flour and milk. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add cheese adn blend well. Add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 beaten egg, and drained corn. Pour into covered dish. Microwave 15 minutes.
