Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 . c. sugar
• 1 c. water
• 1/2 pkg strawberry Jell-O
• 1 qt. box strawberries, sliced
• 1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham cracker crust
• Whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cook strawberries, sugar and water until thick (about 3 min). Stir constantly. Add Jell-O, stir. Cool slightly and add berries. Refrigerate for 2 hrs to set.
