- Saute fresh sage, chopped onion and celery.
- Soak onion roll in milk & squeeze out.
Add poultry seasoning, Lemon Caper Sauce, fresh chopped dill and lemon zest to veggie mixture and add bread.
Put stuffing between two pieces of fish or if small enough roll each piece. Add to pan and top w/chopped steweed tomatoes.
Bake 350 degrees until bubbly and done
