Ingredients
- 2.5 LBS Peeled Russet Potatoes
- 1 LBS Unpeeled Russet Potatoes
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese
- 4 OZ Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1/4 C Whipping Cream
- 1/4 C Butter Divided
- 3 TBS Minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 TBS Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Plack Pepper

Step 1
Add potatoes to cold water. Bring to boil and then simmer for 50 minutes. Heat Oven to 350. Drain potatoes and spread evenly on baking sheet. Place In oven with door open for 5 minutes. Add 1 TBS butter and rest of ingredients in stand mixer and mix until smooth.
Can be reheated if made in advance. Just add 3 TBS butter over top and then bake at 350 for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
