Chocolate Cake - Single Serving

Call it whatever you want, there’s chocolate, it’s sugar free and high protein
- 3 tablespoons chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white (or 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid egg whites)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
Vegetable - Greek Mashed Cauliflower

- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (I used 2%)
- 1/4 cup Plain Chobani greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles

12 Roll Original recipe 6 Roll portion Adapted to my liking Since I actually use SAF Instant yeast I added it right
- 12 Rolls
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt (or regular)
- 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 cup very warm water
- 2 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Stick + additional for pre-bake brushing
- 1 egg replacer (1 tsp egg replacer + 2 tbsp warm water)

- 6 Rolls
- 1 Cup + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (I used about 1/3 Whole Wheat)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (or regular)
- 1 1/8 tsp SAF Instant Yeast
- 1/2 cup very warm water
- 1 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Tub + additional for pre-bake brushing
- 1/2 of an egg replacer (1/2 tsp egg replacer + 1 tbsp warm water)

- 1 turkey (15 to 18 pounds), giblets and neck reserved for gravy, if making
- 7 tablespoons kosher salt (about 2 1/2 tsp per Lb)

1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 500 degrees
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated (1 cup)

- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
