- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir Fry - Chia Pineapple Stir Fry

DIRECTIONS STIR together broccoli, peas, carrots, water chestnuts, soy sauce and ginger, in small bowl; set aside
- 1 cup chopped DOLE® Broccoli, blanched
- 1/2 cup peas, blanched
- 1/2 cup chopped DOLE® Carrots, blanched
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple cut into chunks
- 3 cups brown rice, cooked
- 3 tablespoons DOLE® Nutrition Plus™ Whole Chia Seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt

- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

- Omit parsley
- 3/4 Cup Sharp cheddar cheese
