  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

  • 1 1/2 pounds medium plum tomatoes (5 to 6), cored, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 3/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 6 ounces fontina cheese , shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Parmesan cheese , finely grated (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Coarse salt
  • Spicy Garlic Oil (makes enough for 4 pizzas)
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 medium garlic cloves , minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 4 teaspoons)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

  • 2/3 cup (KAF's) Baker's Cinnamon filling* mixed with 3 tablespoons water
  • Substitute 2/3 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon for the Baker's Cinnamon Filling and water, if desired. If you use sugar and cinnamon, DO NOT ADD THE WATER.

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or corn syrup, light or dark
  • 3 tablespoons Sticky Bun Sugar*
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup pecan halves or coarsely chopped pecans
  • Substitute brown sugar for the sticky bun sugar, if desired
