- Dough
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup water (8 ounces), room temperature
- 2 cups bread flour (11 ounces), plus more for work surface
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons table salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- Topping
- 1 1/2 pounds medium plum tomatoes (5 to 6), cored, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 3/4 teaspoon table salt
- 6 ounces fontina cheese , shredded (about 2 cups)
- 1 1/2 ounces Parmesan cheese , finely grated (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- Coarse salt
- Spicy Garlic Oil (makes enough for 4 pizzas)
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 medium garlic cloves , minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 4 teaspoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salad - Famous Macaroni Salad

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil
- 1 (16 ounce) package salad macaroni (or ditali pasta)
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced (yellow or white)
- 1 cup medium cheddar, diced
- 1 cup swiss cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 cup salami, diced
- 1 cup olive, black, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1-2 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1-2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1-2 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 (3 ounce) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and drained
- 1-1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Vegan - "Parmesan Cheese"

Directions: Toast sesame seeds until lightly browned and then throw all ingredients into a blender

Bread - Sticky Buns - Ridiculously Easy

1) The flour/liquid ratio is important in this recipe
- dough
- 6 3/4 cups or 7 3/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour*
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 1 3/4 cups lukewarm water
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- See step #1, below.
- FILLING
- 2/3 cup (KAF's) Baker's Cinnamon filling* mixed with 3 tablespoons water
- Substitute 2/3 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon for the Baker's Cinnamon Filling and water, if desired. If you use sugar and cinnamon, DO NOT ADD THE WATER.
- topping
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or corn syrup, light or dark
- 3 tablespoons Sticky Bun Sugar*
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup pecan halves or coarsely chopped pecans
- Substitute brown sugar for the sticky bun sugar, if desired
Salad - Lentil Quinoa Salad

Put the quinoa in a sieve and rinse in cold water
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 1/4 cups water, plus 2 cups
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lime, zested
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
