- Add the following to the remaining batter in the bowl, mix well
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- In a separate bowl combine these dry ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar (I used Splenda sugar blend)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Large Box Vanilla instant pudding (5.1 oz)
- (I substituted 2 1.5 Oz sugar free instant Vanilla it worked fine)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
Reboot - Meal - Garam Masala Spiced Collard Greens

Heat a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium high heat
- your own:
- 2 bunches Collard Greens
- (ribs removed and chopped, about 2 lbs.)
- 1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 4 tbsp Grape Seed Oil or Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Mustard Seed Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
- 6 tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro
- Use store bought spice blend, or use the recipe below to make
- Garam Masala
- 1 tsp whole Cloves
- 2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 1 sm stick Cinnamon
- Grind all ingredients in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle

- Gluten-Free Hawaiian Sweet Bread
- MAKES ONE LOAF (16 SLICES)

- Similar to Portuguese Sweet Bread (pao doce), this bread has a rich texture and slightly sweet taste. It can be made with egg replacement** with good results (see instructions** below). Makes one 9x5-inch loaf or two 6-inch round boules.
- 1/2 cup warm water (105°-110° F)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) Red Star Active Dry Yeast
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
