Cookies - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk

This is an old Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) chocolate chunk cookie recipe
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 extra-large eggs at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup good smooth peanut butter
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound good semisweet chocolate chunks
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, plus extra for greasing dish
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp+ 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup half-and-half or Whole Milk for lighter dish
- 3/4 cup milk
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound russet potatoes, washed thoroughly
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley, for sprinkling, optional

- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate , chopped fine

- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream , cold

- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn, drained
