  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 extra-large eggs at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup good smooth peanut butter
  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pound good semisweet chocolate chunks
