- 2 Stalks Celery with leaves, Cut into Chunks (1 Stalk)
- 4 Sprigs fresh Italian Parsley (2 Sprigs)
- Fresh Black Pepper
- 1/2 Bay Leaf (1/4 leaf)
- Salt to taste
