to make the cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 c all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 c milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 c packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 c powdered sugar, sifted
- 5 Tbsp milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Baked Rosti Potatoes

HEAT oven to 400ºF. BRUSH oil onto bottom and up sides of 13x9-inch baking dish
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 pkg. (20 oz. each) refrigerated shredded hash browns
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 box Rainbow Chip Cake Mix powder mix only, I use Betty Crocker brand

- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 cups bread flour

- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- . . cinnamon
- . . sprinkles
- . . FROSTING .
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup yellow cake mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3-6 Tbsp. milk

Stuffed Peppers with Ground Beef and Rice

Directions for stuffed peppers with ground beef and rice Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and membranes
- 6 green bell peppers
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil
- 2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
