- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 salmon fillets (about 2 pounds)

- 1 Box Stove Top Stuffing (Chicken Flavor or Herb Style)
Pasta with Ricotta & Heirloom Tomatoes

Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 lbs. Heirloom or other Tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 C Chopped Mixed Fresh Herbs (such as chives, flat-leaf parsley, basil, & tarragon)

- 1 T Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt & Black Pepper
- 12 oz Penne (3/4 box)
- 2 T Pine Nuts
- 1/2 C Ricotta

In a large saucepan, cover 1 pound new potatoes by 2 inches of water and 1 teaspoon salt; bring to a boil
- 1 lbs New potatoes
- 1 t Salt
- 1 lbs Asparagus, trimmed & cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 C Canned Chickpeas
- 2 T Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 C Pesto
- 1 Small Shallot, minced
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Lemon Jice
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t Pepper
- 2 1/2 oz Prosciutto, chopped (6 slices)
