HEAT oven to 350°F. Spread pistachios on baking sheet
- 1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Crisco® Butter Shortening
- 3/4 stick Crisco® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening Sticks
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
Lemonade Cookies

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, divided
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
Louisiana-Style Hot Skillet Fried Chicken

Combine salt, pepper and dry spices
- Kosher salt, about 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper, about 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, a palmful
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning, a palmful
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic or powder, half a palmful
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion, half a palmful
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/3 palmful
- 1 large, whole bone in, skin on, chicken breast, quartered
- 2 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs
- 2 bone-in, skin on chicken legs
- Frying oil, such as peanut or canola
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- Frank’s Red Hot, about 1 teaspoon plus some to pass at table
- 3 About 3 cups flour
- 1 round tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Honey, for drizzling
BUTTERSCOTCH OVERLOAD CUPCAKES

Preheat oven to 350° and put paper liners in 24 muffin cups
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (I used the old size)
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. Lorann butterscotch flavor (got mine at Hobby Lobby)
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips tossed in 1 tsp. flour
- 1/4 cup chopped & toasted pecans (for topping)
In a Hurry Lasagna

Mix beef and pasta sauce. Mix noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 32 oz jar pasta sauce of choice
- 8 oz bag egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

- 8 ounces 70 percent cacao bittersweet chocolate
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
Amish Chicken Casserole *(GOOD)*

- 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup thin red onion slices
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
