Tonight's One Skillet Steak

In shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper; mix well
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds beef cubed steak
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard (see Note)

- 2 pounds beef (shoulder, round, or chuck steak) cut into bite-sized pieces
